Yoga is both an art and science that balances the body, mind and emotions. Practicing yoga is a lifestyle, and research has continued to support the myriad benefits of a consistent yoga discipline. YOGA In office in Glendale

Join Ali or Claire for All Levels yoga classes on Thursdays and Saturdays in the office. These are in person (no virtual option) small group classes of 5 students maximum, and put focus on key areas of the body blending Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. Join us:

Thursdays 5 PM with Claire Stillman

Saturdays 8 AM with Ali

Cost: $20/class. Students, please bring your own mat. All other props are provided.
